First shift – 8am – 4:30pm CST – some travel required
Job Summary
The Instructional Product Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering customer-focused training, educational content, and product enablement programs that support the adoption and successful use of drone, software, and analytics solutions. This role works cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer teams to translate complex technical concepts into engaging training materials, product demonstrations, and learning resources that drive customer success, sales effectiveness, and product utilization. The position requires extensive travel throughout the United States and Canada to conduct product demonstrations, training events, and customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs for customers, partners, dealers, and internal teams.
- Develop presentations, onboarding materials, user guides, and instructional videos.
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training events for customers and prospects.
- Capture customer use cases and convert them into scalable training resources.
- Support product launches with enablement and adoption materials.
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure training effectiveness.
- Travel throughout the U.S. and Canada to support demonstrations, training, and customer engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Years of Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, Agriculture, Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, sales enablement, customer education, product support, or a related field.
- Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs.
- Experience creating customer-facing training content and documentation.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Part 107 Certification or professional drone operation experience preferred.

- Experience in precision agriculture, drone technology, remote sensing, or ag-tech preferred.
- Knowledge of crop scouting, agronomic workflows, and digital agriculture solutions preferred.
- Experience creating instructional video content preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the U.S. and Canada.
