Job Title: Epic Tapestry Health Systems Trainer (Part-Time)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (100% Remote with potential onsite requirements for Go-Live support)
Job Type: W2 (4 month contract)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Health Systems Trainer to support a major Epic implementation and Go-Live initiative. This part-time role will focus on delivering high-quality training and adoption support for Epic Tapestry and other healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will be an Epic-certified trainer with experience conducting classroom, virtual, one-on-one, and at-the-elbow training for healthcare end users.
This position requires close collaboration with training teams, subject matter experts, project stakeholders, and end users to ensure successful system adoption and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom, virtual, one-on-one, and at-the-elbow training for Epic Tapestry and other healthcare systems.
  • Provide implementation and Go-Live support to end users and operational teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials, curriculum, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to create audience-specific training programs.
  • Support training environment testing and validation activities.
  • Manage classroom setup, training registrations, attendance tracking, roster management, and completion reporting.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including work plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Assist with operational change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with designated super users and maintain ongoing communication regarding training effectiveness and system readiness.
  • Participate in implementation project teams to support training strategy and execution.

Qualifications
Required

  • Associate’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant training, healthcare systems, or Epic experience.
  • Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations and Go-Live events.
  • Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with operational workflows.
  • Experience with training documentation, project coordination, and change management activities.

Additional Information

  • Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Potential onsite requirements during Go-Live beginning September 1, 2026, and the two-week period following Go-Live.
  • Occasional weekend training and daytime or overnight travel may be required.
  • Equipment will be provided
