Creator Marketing Manager (Contract)

Are you passionate about influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social media strategy? We are seeking an experienced Creator Marketing Manager to lead and oversee creator and influencer campaigns across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands.
In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert for creator marketing strategy, helping drive impactful campaigns across today’s most influential social platforms while partnering closely with media, brand, legal, and agency teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead creator and influencer marketing initiatives across multiple brands and audiences.
- Manage and guide creator and media agency partners responsible for campaign execution.
- Develop and implement creator marketing strategies that align with broader marketing objectives.
- Oversee paid and earned creator campaigns from strategy and briefing through execution and measurement.
- Collaborate with brand, media, legal, and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Evaluate creator partnerships and provide recommendations to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide optimization recommendations.
- Ensure all content complies with advertising standards, disclosure requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, social platforms, and industry partners.
- Stay current on social media trends, creator platforms, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 6–8 years of experience in influencer, creator, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and social media platforms.
- Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven success leading creator or influencer campaigns from planning through execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing performance metrics and optimization opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of FTC guidelines and advertising disclosure requirements.
- Experience supporting consumer brands, retail, entertainment, lifestyle, family, or youth-focused audiences.
- Strong background in paid social and creator-led campaign strategies.
