Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (English/Spanish) to join a dynamic and growing organization supporting the advanced electronics and technology industry. This role is ideal for a consultative recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with hiring managers, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse portfolio of positions, including professional exempt roles, university rotational program participants, and manufacturing talent. The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven recruiting approach with the ability to influence hiring decisions and elevate the organization's talent brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of exempt professional, university, and manufacturing positions.
- Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish recruiting strategies, and align expectations.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using traditional recruiting methods, social media, AI-powered recruiting tools, and talent communities.
- Create compelling job postings that attract qualified and diverse talent.
- Screen resumes, design pre-screening questions, and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates, market insights, and recruiting recommendations to hiring teams.
- Influence hiring decisions by challenging assumptions, offering alternative perspectives, and driving best recruiting practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting standards.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization as an employer of choice.
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and reporting.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and identify innovative ways to attract top talent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in both languages.
- 5+ years of experience recruiting exempt/professional-level talent.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Proven experience conducting consultative conversations with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
- Experience challenging assumptions, providing alternative viewpoints, and serving as a trusted recruiting advisor.
- Demonstrated success with social sourcing, talent branding, and leveraging AI tools within the recruiting lifecycle.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and highly collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and discretion throughout the recruitment process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting (ATS) and Phenom CRM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience supporting corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or rotational program hiring initiatives.
