Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
-
Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists.

Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials needed for production.

Perform electromechanical assembly of complex equipment and robotic components.
-
Move, stage, and deliver materials and components to workstations.
-
Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment.
-
Assist with kitting, labeling, and organization of production parts.
-
Support inventory accuracy through documentation and scanning activities.
-
Perform assembly, repair, and rework activities as required.
-
Complete quality inspections and document production activities.
-
Maintain inventory and verify receipt of supplies.
-
Follow manufacturing safety procedures and safe work practices.

Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements

Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift.

Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.

Ability to read and follow English-language instructions.

Ability to use a handheld scanner.
-
Ability to work all scheduled shift days, including overtime as needed.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to perform data entry using computers and manufacturing software.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to work in a mechanical setting and use power tools and related equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
1+ year of manufacturing experience.

Experience with ERP, MES, or inventory management systems.

Ability to interpret work instructions, part drawings, and traveler paperwork.

Familiarity with safe material handling practices.

Experience with labeling and inventory control processes.
