Position Overview
We’re seeking an IT Support Associate to provide hands-on technical support in a manufacturing environment. This role supports end users with desktop hardware, software, printers, asset management, and ticket resolution across two nearby facilities.
Responsibilities
- Image and deploy PCs and end-user devices
- Resolve support tickets through ServiceNow
- Support printers, toner replacement, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and documentation
- Follow knowledge base articles and established support procedures
- Assist with equipment maintenance scheduling and supply ordering
- Travel between two local sites to provide onsite support
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and common business applications
- 1+ year of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related experience preferred
- Recent IT graduates encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Additional Details
- Approximately 60% shop floor / 40% office environment
- Climate-controlled office; manufacturing floor is not climate controlled
- Metatarsal footwear required on day one
- Sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future
