We are seeking a Material Coordinator II to support manufacturing operations by ensuring materials and parts are available when needed to keep production running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in supply management, manufacturing, inventory control, material planning, or logistics who enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the procurement, expediting, and delivery of materials to support production
- Work with production teams to identify and resolve material shortages
- Audit material inventory and ensure inventory accuracy
- Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies
- Manage critical shortage reports and expedite parts as needed
- Support engineering changes and material implementation activities
- Perform inventory adjustments and deviation management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain uninterrupted production
Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Management, Materials, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, or Production Support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Supply Management or Manufacturing experience
- Material Flow experience
- SAP experience
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
