Location: Cleveland, OH
Maintenance Technician’s – 3rd Shift: 10pm – 6:00am
Pay Rate: $33 hourly + $2 shift differential and a paid 30-minute meal break

Qualifications:

Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment and systems. Requires strong industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrates full proficiency in a broad range of maintenance and technical procedures through specialized training and significant hands-on experience.
• Applies established technical methodologies while adapting approaches to new and complex assignments.
• Independently handles a variety of maintenance and troubleshooting responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Serves as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members.
• Strong ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

Job Profile Summary

Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems. Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. Has full proficiency in a range of technical procedures through job-related training and considerable work experience. Performs a variety of assignments. Works within defined technical methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach to new assignments. Works with a limited degree of supervision with oversight focused only on complex new assignments. Acts as an information resource for colleagues with less experience.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase availability, capability, throughput, and yield.
• Conduct failure analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain, repair, and optimize electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Develop and update technical reports, maintenance procedures, and documentation related to equipment modifications and repairs.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

NOTE:
• Works with limited supervision, requiring oversight primarily for highly complex or unfamiliar assignments.
• Exercises sound technical judgment and contribute to equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provides guidance and knowledge sharing to colleagues and cross-functional teams
