Technical Program Manager / Agile Project Manager
Dearborn, MI (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) W2 only
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a global technology and cybersecurity organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments, excels at stakeholder management, and has a proven track record of driving complex IT initiatives from planning through execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple technology projects and programs across cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain Jira dashboards and reporting to track velocity, throughput, capacity, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate testing, QA, UAT, and release activities across the SDLC.
- Identify and remove blockers while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver executive-level status reporting, risk assessments, and project updates.
- Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, risk, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions.
- Support vendor coordination and technology implementation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years of Program or Project Management experience
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile reporting
- Experience managing technology projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with application testing and SDLC processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Program Management (TPM) experience
- Cybersecurity program experience
- ServiceNow and/or Archer experience
- Product Management experience
- AI-related project experience
- Experience with ALM, X-Ray, or similar testing tools
