Supply Management Planner
Location: Waterloo, IA
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Contract Duration: 1-year, with possible extension, W2
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $25/hr
We are seeking a motivated Supply Management Planner to support purchased-part delivery and supplier coordination across one or more locations. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who is comfortable working with suppliers, internal teams, and Microsoft Excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the delivery of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding delivery needs and status.
- Support day-to-day supply management and material coordination activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to track and manage information.
- Help identify and address delivery-related concerns to support operational needs.
- Travel between local work sites may occasionally be required using a personal vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong typing and general computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to stay organized and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Recent graduates with relevant education, internships, or experience are encouraged to apply.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Candidates with exposure to supply chain, material planning, supplier management, logistics, SAP, or Excel-based tracking are especially encouraged to apply.
