Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Irvine, CA
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Compensation: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
Duration: 6-month contract + possible extension

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for inventory control, documentation management, training administration, and operational support while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with business systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory records and support warehouse operations, including tracking materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage operational documentation, SOPs, training records, and databases.
  • Monitor and update department metrics using spreadsheets and business systems.
  • Support employee training administration and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to documentation standards, company procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support daily operational activities.
  • Assist with reporting, recordkeeping, and additional administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, manufacturing support, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience maintaining records, documentation, and operational databases.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, training administration, or quality systems.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
