Pay Rate: $43.00 – 46.00/hr. with benefit inclusions
Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support technical project teams by maintaining project plans, coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and driving project execution. This role works closely with technical leads and internal stakeholders to manage schedules, analyze project performance, support Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and ensure priorities remain aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and support technical leads across multiple initiatives.
- Maintain and update Microsoft Project schedules and Azure DevOps work items.
- Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track action items through completion.
- Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance, including critical path analysis and week-over-week variances.
- Support both Agile and traditional Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize work, manage backlogs, and align project deliverables with customer needs.
- Break down complex project requirements into clear, actionable tasks for team execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
- Foster collaboration across teams while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and project delivery best practices.
Years of Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
- 2-4 years of project coordination, project management support, or related experience required.
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
- Experience supporting traditional Waterfall projects preferred.
- Internship experience will not be considered in place of the required professional experience.

- Recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, including schedule creation, maintenance, and reporting.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and work management.
- Project planning, scheduling, and coordination experience.
