Summary:
Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to support operations for a key strategic Home Appliance customer. This role focuses on optimizing order management, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless product flow and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience in data analysis, and familiarity with supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage weekly orders for stock and special items through systems
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Logistics teams for Direct Ship/Import programs
• Develop tools, reports, and KPIs to support supply chain performance
• Ensure high customer service levels, including on-time delivery and fill rates
• Run reports in SAP and portal to analyze order and inventory data
• Oversee product lifecycle transitions, including end-of-life inventory and new model forecasting
• Communicate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Production Planning
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in order management
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
• Background in manufacturing or logistics environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and common-sense approach
• Ability to set realistic goals and prioritize effectively
• Process improvement mindset

• Experience working with a large retailer
• Experience managing product lifecycle transitions and new product launches
