Job Description:
We’re seeking a Grant Manager to lead the full lifecycle of federal grant activities—from application development and award implementation to budget oversight, reporting, and closeout. This role serves as the central coordinator between program teams, fiscal partners, procurement, and funding agencies to ensure grants are managed compliantly, deadlines are met, and funds are effectively utilized. Ideal candidates have experience with grant administration, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and federal funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead grant application development, submission planning, and compliance with funding opportunity requirements.
  • Coordinate post-award startup activities, ensuring programs launch efficiently and in alignment with grant terms.
  • Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, forecasting, and financial compliance while resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage reporting calendars, compile programmatic and financial reports, and oversee grant closeout activities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between program leadership, fiscal teams, procurement, contracts, and funding agencies.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of grant-related deliverables.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support responses to oversight, legislative, and funder inquiries.
  • Proactively identify risks, communicate issues, and ensure compliance with federal grant requirements and organizational policies.
