Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

The Analyst Product Problem will support a major global supply chain transformation initiative focused on ERP modernization and procurement process standardization. This role serves as the business voice for cutover and change readiness activities, helping buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders successfully transition to new procurement systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on supply chain and purchasing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical system changes into practical business impacts for end users.

Responsibilities

  • Support business cutover planning activities for ERP and procurement system implementations.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, MP&L, and program teams to understand cutover timelines, dependencies, system freezes, and launch activities.
  • Participate in Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and go-live events.
  • Assess business impacts to buyers, suppliers, and supply chain teams resulting from system and process changes.
  • Develop and execute change readiness plans to support successful adoption.
  • Create communications including launch notices, FAQs, service interruption advisories, and user guides.
  • Support training efforts through development of job aids and quick-reference materials.
  • Monitor hypercare activities and assist with issue tracking and resolution.
  • Build leadership presentations, readiness dashboards, scorecards, and status updates.
  • Identify risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential business disruptions.
  • Support readiness assessments and go/no-go decision activities.
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of supply chain experience, including hands-on buyer experience in production, commodity, program, or indirect purchasing.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, change management initiatives, business readiness activities, or cutover planning.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly communications.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Knowledge of AI and automation tools that improve business processes and communications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other enterprise procurement systems.
  • Experience supporting UAT, CRPs, mock cutovers, hypercare, and go-live activities.
  • Experience with Power BI, adoption metrics, or readiness reporting.
  • Prosci, CCMP, Agile, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience supporting supplier communications and supplier enablement.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
