I’m currently hiring for a Java Developer Lead to support a major enterprise initiative with a Fortune 100 financial services organization.
This is a highly technical, backend-focused role working on the next phase of a large-scale application modernization effort. The ideal candidate will bring strong Java development expertise, cloud experience, and a passion for leveraging AI-enabled development tools.

? Hybrid (2 days onsite: Monday & Wednesday)

- Plano, TX

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead backend development efforts for enterprise business applications
- Design and develop solutions using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and enhance business process automation capabilities
- Develop cloud-native applications within AWS environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software delivery
