Epitec is seeking to hire a Production Supervisor for the largest U.S. automaker in Kansas City, Missouri, supporting day?to?day manufacturing operations in a fast?paced, unionized environment.
This is a hands?on supervisory leadership role with on?the?job training, development, and long?term career progression.
Location: Kansas City, MO | Automotive Manufacturing
Shift: A Crew shift (5:00 AM–3:30 PM)
(MUST be open to quarterly rotational shifts)
What You’ll Do
- Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly manufacturing team producing quality automotive products
- Organize workflow to meet daily safety, quality, and productivity targets
- Verify production lines are running safely, efficiently, and to standard
- Coach standardized work and reinforce continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive high performance through servant leadership and accountability
- Build strong working relationships with hourly employees, union representatives, and management
- Consistently and fairly administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
- Create and sustain a strong culture of safety and professionalism
What You’ll Have
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of supervisory and/or manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience supporting or leading unionized hourly teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime as required
