Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Build, configure, and maintain standard and custom audiences across audience management platforms.

Create and manage manual directory groups to support complex audience segmentation requirements.

Set up, manage, and audit content structures and user permissions across collaboration and content management platforms.

Process and fulfill audience, access, and permission requests across multiple systems.
-
Monitor support channels and serve as the primary point of contact for audience-related inquiries.

Investigate and troubleshoot user access, permission, and audience configuration issues.
-
Escalate complex technical issues and high-impact requests when necessary.
-
Maintain comprehensive inventories of audience groups and their deployment across systems.

Consolidate existing documentation into structured instructional guides and operational resources.

Develop standardized request intake forms and self-service workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Support ongoing efforts to streamline audience management processes and reduce manual intervention.
Requirements

Experience administering user access, permissions, security groups, or audience management within a multi-system environment.

Experience handling access requests, governance controls, and operational support activities.
-
Strong understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and people-data governance principles.

Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving access-related issues and permission discrepancies.

Proven ability to create clear documentation, standard operating procedures, process guides, and workflow instructions.

Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders and responding to high-volume operational requests.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with audience management or segmentation platforms.

Experience administering Box, SharePoint, or other enterprise content management systems.

Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, or similar environments.

Experience supporting large-scale retail, field operations, or enterprise business organizations.

Exposure to workflow automation, self-service enablement, or operational process improvement initiatives.

Knowledge of collaboration platforms and enterprise communication tools.

Experience working with emerging AI-enabled workplace technologies.

Education
