Job Title: Supply Planner IV
Schedule: Onsite, 40 hours/week
Employment Type: 3-month contract (possibility for extension)

Compensation: $65-68/hr W2
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner / Materials Planner to manage supply planning, inventory execution, procurement activities, and supplier coordination across a complex supply chain environment. This role is responsible for maintaining material availability, managing purchase orders, resolving supply shortages, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external OEM partners to ensure demand fulfillment and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer backlog and provide recovery dates based on supply plans.
- Review supply requirements and planning outputs on a weekly basis.
- Create and manage purchase orders, including updates, pricing, and past-due orders.
- Partner with OEMs to expedite materials and resolve shortages.
- Maintain planning parameters within supply planning systems.
- Publish weekly Master Production Schedules (MPS) to suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively address supply risks.
- Resolve material shortages, scheduling conflicts, and backlog issues.
- Collaborate with planning, procurement, warehouse, finance, and supplier teams.
- Investigate and resolve shipping, scheduling, and invoice discrepancies.
- Manage warehouse escalation tickets and backlog reduction activities.
- Support OEM and broker component order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor repair center inventory and coordinate with warehouse teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supply planning, materials planning, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong understanding of purchase order management and supplier coordination.
- Experience with ERP/MRP or supply planning systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with OEMs and global suppliers.
- Knowledge of MPS, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or high-volume supply chain environments.
