Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Robotics Engineer to develop, integrate, commission, and support industrial robotic systems within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing engineering, controls, production teams, suppliers, and automation integrators to implement robotic solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, uptime, cost, and manufacturing flexibility.

What You’ll Do
- Program, integrate, commission, and troubleshoot industrial robotic systems.
- Support robotic automation throughout installation, launch, and ongoing production.
- Integrate robots with PLC-controlled equipment and manufacturing automation systems.
- Troubleshoot robot, controls, communication, and equipment issues.
- Develop standardized robot programs, templates, libraries, and reusable automation solutions.
- Work with plant engineering teams, suppliers, robot manufacturers, and system integrators.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, controls documentation, mechanical prints, and automation specifications.
- Support robot simulation and offline programming activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, throughput, reliability, quality, and productivity.
- Support robotic vision, guidance, and automated inspection technologies.
- Contribute to advanced manufacturing initiatives involving Industry 4.0, IIoT, data collection, digital twins, virtual commissioning, and smart manufacturing.
- Manage multiple technical projects and drive automation issues through resolution.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience working with industrial robots in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience programming, integrating, commissioning, and/or troubleshooting robotic systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing automation and controls systems.
- Experience integrating robots with PLCs and other automated manufacturing equipment.
- Understanding of industrial networking and communication protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex robotic and automation equipment.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and system integrators.
- Comfortable working fully onsite in a manufacturing environment.

- Programming, scripting, APIs, or software integration
- Cycle-time, throughput, and productivity improvement
