Monday – Friday, Remote in PST (Hybrid preferred) 

 

Pay Range: 

$52.37 – $61.37 per hour

Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with sales account managers, category managers, data analysts, and marketing teams to drive accurate demand planning and identify growth opportunities. 

  • Build and maintain bottom-up sell-through and sell-in forecasts using quantitative and qualitative data sources. 

  • Forecast and track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance for hardware products and accessories. 

  • Analyze actual performance versus forecast and goals, identify root causes for variances, and recommend corrective actions. 

  • Communicate forecast assumptions, risks, and impacts to stakeholders across the organization. 

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, dependencies, and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy. 

  • Collaborate with channel operations teams to support production planning and product launch decisions. 

  • Create and present business reviews, performance updates, and forecasting insights to leadership. 

  • Manage ad hoc analyses and support ongoing business planning initiatives. 

Requirements 

  • 4+ years of demand forecasting experience supporting hardware products, consumer electronics, or related product categories. 

  • 6+ years of experience in business analytics, finance, sales planning, business strategy, or a related field. 

  • Experience building and managing forecasting models using multiple data sources. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and business drivers. 

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools. 

  • Experience presenting recommendations and business insights to stakeholders and leadership. 

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting consumer electronics, wearables, devices, or other physical consumer products. 

  • Exposure to forecasting and planning systems such as O9 or similar platforms. 

  • Experience working closely with sales, channel operations, and product planning teams. 

  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance quantitative analysis with strategic recommendations.
