Business Program Manager
W2 ONLY / NO END DATE – LONG TERM

DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support enterprise programs and cross-functional initiatives within a product development environment. This role will drive program governance, strategic planning, PI Planning, roadmap execution, and reporting while supporting the full product lifecycle from concept through engineering, manufacturing, and launch.
Responsibilities
- Manage program activities, project timelines, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
- Facilitate PI Planning, demand planning, roadmap execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with RTEs, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to track objectives, capacity planning, and team dependencies.
- Build and maintain Jira dashboards, workflows, boards, custom filters, and JQL reporting.
- Create process documentation, SOPs, RACI matrices, and process flow diagrams.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and team collaboration tools.
- Build Power BI dashboards and executive reports utilizing data from Jira and other systems.
- Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure alignment between program objectives and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 6+ years of IT experience and 2+ years of Program Management experience.
- Strong Project/Program Management and PMO experience.
- Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Jira, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies, including PI Planning.
- Experience with Power BI reporting, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting complex cross-functional programs and product development initiatives.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week.
