Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and coordinate on-site construction activities for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, overseeing subcontractors and trade crews, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations.

- Location: El Paso, TX (On-Site)
- Shift: Primarily daytime hours; additional hours, evenings, or weekends as project demands require
- Pay Rate: $31.41/hour with benefits
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily field construction activities
- Supervise subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation
- Partner with Project Managers on scheduling, budgets, and change orders
- Resolve field issues, conflicts, and construction challenges
- Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Manage punch list completion and project closeout activities
