Business Analyst/ Sales Operations
Location: Westminster CO (4 days onsite)
Duration: Contract 6 months plus extensions
Pay: 30-34$ hourly
Managing the Pipeline Reporting function including approving deals registered by partners subject to specific requirements
Auditing of deals entered by partners against specific data elements
Managing on-boarding process for new partners into the partner portal
Partner query resolution and issues relating to PRM tool usage
Completing analysis relating to tool metrics and usage
Ensuring Lead routing methodologies are followed and accurately recorded within the Partner Portal
Supporting PRM administrator in updates and maintenance of the tool
2-4 years of experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics is a plus.
Experience in customer engagement and query resolution would be an advantage
High degree of analytical competency.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel are a must.
Excellent problem solving and analysing skills.
Ability to adapt to change positively, thrive in a matrixed work environment, and effectively manage competing demands.
Fluent English language skills.
