Job Title: Claims Specialist 2
Contract Duration: 1-year, possible extension
Location: Plano, TX
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Pay: $22-$23
Responsibilities
- Daily communication with outsourced team in Rivervale, NJ to assist and resolve daily issues and escalations
- Handle internal/external escalations from Service Partners, Field Ops & AR team
- Review requested labor rate with contract and upload the new rates into the system
- Assisting in auditing of warranty claims before warranty closing
- Compile and manage large amount of data from the system
- Prepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc.
Background/Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Good communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office (heavy use of excel)
