Schedule: Hybrid Schedule, 3 Days Onsite and 2 Days Remote
Pay Range: $35 – $42 per hour
Job Description: The Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner will support recruiting initiatives across manufacturing sites and corporate functional teams. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings experience managing full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and execute recruiting strategies for manufacturing and corporate functional roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions, including CDL, operations, and technical roles.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
- Provide market intelligence and recruiting data related to compensation, talent availability, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to prioritize staffing needs and manage recruiting expectations.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and promote inclusive recruiting practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments.
- Experience recruiting for CDL, operations, technical, or other skilled manufacturing positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience utilizing Workday as an applicant tracking system.
