Pay Range: $40-45 an hour
Job Description:
The Compensation Consultant provides senior-level support for complex compensation programs, including job architecture, salary structures, and market analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines and pay philosophy. This role supports high-impact initiatives such as incentive programs, pay equity, and organizational changes, while delivering data-driven recommendations and maintaining compliance and consistency across compensation decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and evaluate complex compensation programs, including salary structures and job architecture
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to support competitive pay strategies
- Review and validate compensation actions for alignment with internal policies and guidelines
- Support design and execution of incentive compensation and bonus programs
- Perform job audits, job description development, and compensation data validation
- Analyze survey data and conduct special compensation studies
- Partner with stakeholders on organizational changes and compensation initiatives
- Provide recommendations on pay equity and compensation strategies
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
