Job Type: W2 Contract 

Expected hours per week: 40 hours 

Schedule: Hybrid Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 

Pay Range: $40-45 an hour 

Job Description:
The Compensation Consultant provides senior-level support for complex compensation programs, including job architecture, salary structures, and market analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines and pay philosophy. This role supports high-impact initiatives such as incentive programs, pay equity, and organizational changes, while delivering data-driven recommendations and maintaining compliance and consistency across compensation decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and evaluate complex compensation programs, including salary structures and job architecture
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to support competitive pay strategies
  • Review and validate compensation actions for alignment with internal policies and guidelines
  • Support design and execution of incentive compensation and bonus programs
  • Perform job audits, job description development, and compensation data validation
  • Analyze survey data and conduct special compensation studies
  • Partner with stakeholders on organizational changes and compensation initiatives
  • Provide recommendations on pay equity and compensation strategies
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
