Summary
Our client is seeking a Content Strategist III – Ad Sales Marketer to support high-volume RFP (Request for Proposal) development for digital media and advertising initiatives. This role focuses on transforming advertiser briefs into compelling, strategic narratives that drive engagement and unlock new business opportunities.
This position is ideal for a senior B2B storyteller and marketing strategist with deep experience in proposal strategy, content development, and sales enablement. The role requires the ability to operate in fast-paced environments, manage multiple RFP cycles simultaneously, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
RFP Development & Execution
- Lead development of tailored, strategic RFP responses aligned to client needs and objectives
- Translate complex advertiser briefs into clear, persuasive commercial narratives
- Manage high-volume RFP workflows from intake through final submission
Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and editorial teams to align on proposal strategy
- Act as a central point of coordination to gather inputs and drive consensus under tight deadlines
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders
Content Creation & Sales Enablement
- Write and edit high-quality sales collateral and custom proposals under short timelines
- Ensure deliverables maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand messaging
- Support development and refinement of foundational marketing materials
Visual & Presentation Support
- Create visual mock-ups and concepts to enhance storytelling in proposals and pitch decks
- Support presentation development using tools such as Keynote or similar design platforms
- Ensure proposals are visually engaging and effectively communicate concepts
Operational & Process Support

Maintain and update core marketing collateral and proposal templates

Ensure accuracy and consistency across all final deliverables

Contribute to process improvements within RFP and proposal development workflows
Required Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, or sales enablement

Proven experience managing RFP processes in fast-paced environments

Deep experience developing RFP responses and managing high-volume proposal cycles
