Summary

Our client is seeking a Project Specialist IV to support Talent Mobility programs, with a focus on relocation and immigration operations. This role acts as a key liaison between recruiters, candidates/employees, human resources, legal counsel, vendor partners, and business leaders to ensure a seamless and high-quality employee experience.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can effectively manage multiple workflows while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Relocation & Immigration Coordination

  • Partner with relocation and immigration vendors to initiate processes for new hires and current employees

  • Coordinate immigration-related needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external legal vendors

  • Ensure timely initiation and progression of relocation and immigration cases

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain and track all relocation initiations and related data

  • Provide periodic reporting on relocation and immigration activity

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of program data across systems

Stakeholder Support & Guidance

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholder and partner inquiries

  • Provide guidance on relocation and immigration policies and procedures

  • Ensure stakeholders have clear understanding of program requirements and timelines

Operational Support

  • Support broader Talent Mobility and Talent Strategy & Operations initiatives as needed

  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies

  • Assist with additional project-based work in a dynamic team environment

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience supporting relocation, immigration, HR operations, or similar programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate systems (ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow, vendor platforms)

  • Flexibility with work hours based on business needs and time zones

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in immigration support, paralegal work, and/or relocation programs

  • Experience working in cross-functional and high-volume environments

  • Familiarity with vendor management and external partner coordination
