Contract Administrator / Contract Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of vendor, service, and alliance contracts. This role focuses on contract compliance, governance, risk management, financial validation, and performance tracking, partnering closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and alliance contracts from initiation through renewal.
Ensure contract compliance, enforce terms and conditions, and support governance standards.
Track contract deliverables, milestones, SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Manage contract documentation, including agreements, amendments, renewals, and change orders.
Support change management, dispute resolution, audits, and contract interpretation in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
Prepare contract performance reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
Validate rates, pricing, invoicing, cost allocations, and financial adjustments per contract terms.
Serve as a primary contact for contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, or commercial operations.
Experience supporting complex, multi-year, or strategic vendor contracts.
Strong understanding of contract terms, governance frameworks, and commercial principles.
Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field.
Experience with vendor alliances, supplier partnerships, or joint ventures.
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
Experience working closely with Legal and Finance.
Certifications such as CPCM, CFCM, or equivalent (preferred).
