DESCRIPTION
Serve as a primary contact for troubleshooting Teamcenter NX, TcVis and data structure issues for ME users. Support data movement activities-including imports exports translations and corrections-between global databases Plants and vendors. Document and refine data management processes best practices and training materials. Collaborate with user communities and with suppliers. Support ME participation in global software events by conducting regression testing for Teamcenter/NX/TcVis releases patches and updates. Automate user identity and data storage audit workflows using power automate powerbi and/or other tools in our citizen developer toolbox Databricks/AI Mendix etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
• 2 + years experience required, team center focused
• Experience in providing technical support, covering database administration and operations to include monitoring maintenance capacity, performance monitoring/planning and incident/problem troubleshooting and resolution
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of Help Desk tools and trouble ticket tracking processes
• Understanding of support agreements and their implied service levels
• Proven ability to write excellent technical documentation
Hard Skills Requirement: experience with Team Center NX and Siemens related suite of tools
