Monday – Friday, Hybrid (2 days onsite)  

 

Pay Range: 

$37.16 – $43.16 per hour

Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and new college graduate hiring across multiple business functions. 

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies based on talent demand, market trends, and workforce planning needs. 

  • Lead recruiting strategy meetings with hiring teams and provide ongoing consultation throughout the hiring process. 

  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while maintaining requisitions and candidate dispositioning within the ATS. 

  • Collaborate with sourcing, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and compensation teams to support hiring initiatives. 

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through continuous communication and engagement. 

  • Support campus recruiting initiatives and recruiting events. 

  • Track and drive key recruiting metrics, including Time-to-Fill and Time-to-Start. 

  • Manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards. 

Requirements 

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience. 

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. 

  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives. 

  • Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders. 

  • Experience recruiting for technical or business-focused positions. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. 

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work setting. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting internship, new graduates, or early careers hiring programs. 

  • Campus or university recruiting experience. 

  • Experience within FinTech, financial services, payments, or technology organizations. 

  • Experience participating in campus recruiting events and university outreach initiatives. 

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices. 

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams. 

  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
