Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and new college graduate hiring across multiple business functions.

Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies based on talent demand, market trends, and workforce planning needs.

Lead recruiting strategy meetings with hiring teams and provide ongoing consultation throughout the hiring process.

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while maintaining requisitions and candidate dispositioning within the ATS.

Collaborate with sourcing, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and compensation teams to support hiring initiatives.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through continuous communication and engagement.

Support campus recruiting initiatives and recruiting events.

Track and drive key recruiting metrics, including Time-to-Fill and Time-to-Start.

Manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements

3-5 years of recruiting experience.

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.

Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Experience recruiting for technical or business-focused positions.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Comfortable working in a hybrid work setting.
