Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Location: Austin, TX | Atlanta, GA | Ashburn, VA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (potential extension)
Pay Rate: $36 – $60/hour
Job Description
Visa’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring managers in identifying and attracting top talent. As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in supporting Visa’s growth by developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and delivering market intelligence that drives hiring success.
This role requires a proactive sourcing professional who can effectively engage passive candidates, influence hiring decisions through market insights, and serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders and recruiting partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and staffing strategies.
- Provide market intelligence, industry trends, and talent availability insights to support hiring decisions.
- Participate in intake meetings and serve as a strategic sourcing advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, X-ray searches, competitive mapping, networking, and other sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines.
- Identify and attract diverse talent while serving as a brand ambassador for Visa.
- Share sourcing best practices and provide mentorship to junior sourcing team members.
- Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, and other Talent Acquisition teams.
- Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
- Participate in special projects and additional talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience is preferred.
- Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google search, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong experience identifying and engaging both passive and active candidates.
- Experience using talent intelligence and market research tools such as Talent Neuron.
- Proven ability to build and leverage professional talent networks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
