Pay Rate: $23.00/h

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Production Associate I to join our manufacturing team in Henderson, Colorado. In this role, you will assist in the disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of high-horsepower diesel engines and components. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on mechanical work, are eager to learn new skills, and thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform teardown and disassembly of diesel engines and related components.
  • Clean and prepare engine parts for inspection and the next stage of production.
  • Inspect components for wear, damage, and quality compliance.
  • Follow standard work instructions, production processes, and quality procedures.
  • Identify and report non-conforming materials and quality concerns.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety regulations.
  • Support production goals by working efficiently and meeting established standards.
  • Collaborate with team members, maintenance personnel, and production support staff.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, safety, and training initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to quality standards.
  • Dependable work ethic and commitment to meeting production goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience.
  • Experience with engine disassembly, assembly, or mechanical repair.
  • Diesel engine, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial equipment experience.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Quality inspection or troubleshooting experience.
