Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Production Associate I to join our manufacturing team in Henderson, Colorado. In this role, you will assist in the disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of high-horsepower diesel engines and components. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on mechanical work, are eager to learn new skills, and thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform teardown and disassembly of diesel engines and related components.
- Clean and prepare engine parts for inspection and the next stage of production.
- Inspect components for wear, damage, and quality compliance.
- Follow standard work instructions, production processes, and quality procedures.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials and quality concerns.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety regulations.
- Support production goals by working efficiently and meeting established standards.
- Collaborate with team members, maintenance personnel, and production support staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement, safety, and training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Experience with engine disassembly, assembly, or mechanical repair.
- Diesel engine, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial equipment experience.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Quality inspection or troubleshooting experience.
