Service Parts Associate I
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hour
Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Service Parts Associate I to support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and customer parts requests. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Pull, process, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment and delivery.
- Perform shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and verifying incoming materials.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, stock replenishment, and warehouse organization.
- Support parts counter operations by assisting customers and processing orders.
- Utilize inventory and order management systems to locate and fulfill parts requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to perform occasional local parts pickups.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Parts, distribution, logistics, or warehouse experience.
- Experience with inventory management systems and order processing.
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and warehouse best practices.
Additional Information
- Warehouse environment is not climate controlled.
- Steel-toe boots/shoes are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable working onsite during regular business hours.
