| Duties: | Responsible for extracting and integrating data from Oracle, Teradata, Greenplum, and Hadoop to develop KPIs reflecting program success, operational health, and digital performance; conduct gap analyses to identify failure causes and improvement opportunities; implement text analytics and machine learning models for predicting conversational intent, modeling topics, and identifying business trends; align analytics across initiatives to deliver a unified strategic view; utilize and apply knowledge of Python, PySpark, SQL, Hadoop, Map reduce, AWS, S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Kafka and Data Visualization to perform duties; mine data to enhance performance and reduce costs; and support cost modeling and evaluate solution effectiveness in collaboration with broader teams. Location: Southfield, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US; Salary: $121,035 per year; |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Education: Master’s – Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science and Info, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree); Training: None; Experience: One (1) year in the position above, as a Software Engineer, as a Software Engineering Lead, as an Associate Software Engineer, or in a related occupation. Other Requirements: Experience must include six (6) months use of all the following: Python, PySpark, SQL, Hadoop, Map reduce, AWS, S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Kafka and Data Visualization. Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience. |
