Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and coordinating logistics.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening communications and escalating urgent matters appropriately.
- Prepare, proofread, and format executive-level correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Track meeting action items and follow up with cross-functional partners to ensure completion of deliverables.
- Support planning and execution of special projects, events, and executive initiatives, monitoring timelines and priorities.
- Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain organized document management systems and standardized administrative processes.
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment at all times.
Years of Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Skills Required
- Executive-level administrative support experience, including complex calendar and meeting management.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- English/Korean bilingual business communication skills (written and verbal).
