Hardware Testing Engineer
Location: Dayton OH (On-site)
Duration 12 Months plus extension W-2 Contract
Pay: 40-46$ Hourly with Benefits and PTO
About Us:
This division develops positioning, control, and automation products for earthmoving and paving machines using technologies such as GNSS, optical total stations, lasers, and sonics.
Key Responsibilities:
– Execute vibration and environmental stress tests
– Configure test setups and lab infrastructure
– Maintain data integrity and documentation
– Use Jira for workflow tracking
– Collaborate with validation teams
Note:
Travel: 10%
Essential Skills:
– 3+ years in test lab environment
– Hands-on experience with DMMs, power supplies, oscilloscopes
– Ability to execute DVP&R
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with environmental chambers or data acquisition systems
– Knowledge of industry standards like MIL-STD-810, SAE J1939
– Electronics assembly and soldering
