Job Title: Recruiter II
Location: Remote USA 
Job Type: W2 Contract
Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST
Pay: $45 per hour

Job Summary:
The Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting to support Analytics (including SQL/Python skill assessment) and Program/Project Management roles, while also assisting other business areas as needed. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Assess candidates for Analytics roles (including SQL/Python) and Program/Project Management positions.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and recommend top candidates.
  • Extend offers and support onboarding and relocation as needed.
  • Stay current on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Familiarity with Analytics (SQL/Python) and/or Program/Project Management hiring preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
