Role: Instructor II – Marketing
Location: Eagan, MN (Onsite)
Pay: $37.50/hr
Contract: 12 months, possible extension

We’re hiring an Instructor II – Marketing to support a Training Center in Eagan, MN. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in agriculture equipment, field service, or technical training who enjoy engaging with learners and delivering hands-on instruction.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver instructor-led classroom, lab, in-field, and virtual training to dealers and internal teams
- Adapt training content to improve diagnostics, optimization, and product knowledge
- Set up, execute, and tear down training environments (lab/field/classroom)
- Present using PowerPoint and lead hands-on activities (e.g., diagnosing machine issues)
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update training materials
- Monitor training effectiveness (e.g., NPS feedback)
- Build relationships with dealers and field teams to support training initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in training, instruction, or learning & development
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment and/or precision technology
- Experience as a Field Service Technician, Agronomist, or Service Manager
- Background working with dealerships or distribution networks
- Exposure to engineering/manufacturing environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Agriculture, Ag Business, Ag Communications, etc.)
or equivalent experience
