Inventory Analyst III
Location: Waterloo, IA (Onsite)
Pay: $26-$28/hr + Benefits
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an Inventory Analyst III to support inventory accuracy, material flow, and inventory reconciliation activities within a fast-paced production environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with inventory, materials, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain experience who enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory and material processes to ensure system inventory matches physical inventory
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
- Reconcile inventory variances and implement corrective actions
- Partner with materials, manufacturing, and auditing teams to maintain inventory accuracy
- Support monthly and annual inventory audits
- Analyze inventory data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes
Required Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience
- Inventory management experience
- Understanding of material flow processes
- Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain background
- Experience with inventory audits, cycle counting, or inventory reconciliation
