Job Title: IT Analyst
Contract Duration: Through end of 2026, with potential extension
Location: Columbus, OH
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Range: $18-$23 per hour
Summary
Seeking an IT Analyst to support IT asset data integrity, analytics, and operational programs at the Columbus, Ohio plant. This role focuses heavily on data analysis, ServiceNow auditing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. The position is open due to a contractor converting to full-time and is considered high priority.
After an initial training period (approximately 3–5 months), a limited hybrid schedule may be available (Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and audit IT asset data within ServiceNow to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) / e-waste programs, including vendor coordination
- Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, and analytics related to hardware assets
- Perform in-depth Excel-based analysis and reporting (pivot tables, Power Query; VBA a plus)
- Create and maintain clear documentation, reports, and spreadsheets
- Communicate with site stakeholders and external vendors as needed
- Participate in project work, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives

- ~60% project-based work
- ~30–40% documentation and spreadsheet/data analysis
- ~10% meetings
Required Qualifications
- Strong data analysis experience, preferably within IT or asset management
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required; Power Query/VBA helpful)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to vendor management
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (1–2 years acceptable for high-potential candidates)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (open to new graduates)
- Industry experience in medical or pharmaceutical environments is not required.
