Summary
Join our team as an Order Fulfillment Coordinator II, supporting warehouse and supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment. This role acts as a key link between internal teams, distribution centers, vendors, and partners to resolve parts-related issues, manage inventory data, and ensure accurate product handling and shipment activities. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency while supporting safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Measure parts within the warehouse and input accurate data into internal systems and packaging applications
  • Support packaging operations by contributing to safety, quality, and productivity improvement projects
  • Coordinate resolution of parts-related issues including defective stock, mixed inventory, and order discrepancies
  • Communicate across distribution centers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve product and shipment concerns
  • Create, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools
  • Use internal systems to access, manage, and track supply chain and inventory data
  • Assist with supply chain and inventory management activities using established procedures
  • Support internal teams by maintaining workflow efficiency and assisting with operational tasks
  • Operate equipment and tools while adjusting variables to optimize quality and productivity

Required Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and data entry
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail when working with data sets
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and standard operating practices
  • Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-traffic, fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to interpret data and support operational decision-making
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods (~70% of the day)
  • Comfortable operating a Cushman (small battery-operated vehicle)
  • Willingness to wear required PPE (safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Previous exposure to warehouse or supply chain environments
