Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality localized commerce content with limited supervision.

Review localized content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand voice.

Partner with Localization Project Managers (LPMs), Localization QA specialists, and external vendors to ensure projects remain on track.

Define quality expectations and provide guidance to vendor testing teams.

Manage the entry of localized content and data across multiple internal and vendor systems with a high degree of accuracy.

Evaluate linguistic issues across multiple languages and territories and drive resolution.
-
Support the delivery of a customer experience that meets or exceeds the quality standards established for global audiences.

Monitor localization deliverables to ensure timelines and quality requirements are met.
Requirements
-
Native-level proficiency in at least one language in addition to English.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience in Localization QA (LQA).
-
Localization production experience.
-
Experience managing or coordinating localization projects.

Familiarity with Wallet, Payment, Commerce, or related digital commerce environments.

Strong understanding of online content production processes.
-
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment when handling complex linguistic challenges.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications

Software QA experience.

Experience supporting international marketplaces.

Background in Wallet, Payments, Commerce, Apps, Music, TV, Movies, or other digital media services.

Experience with workflow automation or process improvement initiatives.

Prior experience working across multiple languages, regions, and global markets.
