We are seeking a Logistics Analyst 1 to support material planning, inventory coordination, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced engineering environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates beginning their careers in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, or materials coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the ordering, tracking, receiving, storage, and shipment of materials used to support engineering and testing operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure materials are available to meet operational demands.
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Order materials from other facilities and track deliveries.
  • Review work orders, production schedules, and material requirements to determine priorities.
  • Verify the accuracy of materials, documentation, and inventory records.
  • Record inventory, shipment, and production-related data.
  • Work closely with engineers, technicians, and logistics personnel to support daily operations.
  • Assist with warehouse and material handling activities while following safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, shipping, receiving, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Internship experience will be considered.
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and dependable.
