We are seeking a Logistics Analyst 1 to support material planning, inventory coordination, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced engineering environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates beginning their careers in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, or materials coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the ordering, tracking, receiving, storage, and shipment of materials used to support engineering and testing operations.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure materials are available to meet operational demands.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
- Order materials from other facilities and track deliveries.
- Review work orders, production schedules, and material requirements to determine priorities.
- Verify the accuracy of materials, documentation, and inventory records.
- Record inventory, shipment, and production-related data.
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and logistics personnel to support daily operations.
- Assist with warehouse and material handling activities while following safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, shipping, receiving, supply chain, or related fields.
- Internship experience will be considered.
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and dependable.

Work Environment

This role provides exposure to warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, shipping and receiving, and material planning while offering a strong foundation for growth within supply chain and operations functions.
