Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead frontline manufacturing teams at a large automotive assembly plant. This role is fully onsite and focuses on people leadership, safety, quality, and daily production execution in a fast?paced manufacturing environment.

- Location: Louisville, KY (Kentucky Truck Plant)
- Shift Time: Morning shift (must support rotating shifts, nights, and weekends as needed)
- Pay Rate: $37.92hour + benefits
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise hourly production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Oversee daily operations, workforce allocation, and execution of production plans
- Enforce safety standards and lead corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment
- Drive performance, accountability, and engagement on the production floor
- Partner with cross?functional teams to support efficient and consistent operations
- Serve as the link between leadership objectives and day?to?day execution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3–7+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or similar environment
- Proven experience leading hourly teams in an onsite production setting
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls
- Strong leadership, communication, and people?management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Manufacturing or automotive production environment experience
- Problem?solving and continuous improvement experience
