Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities

Maintain and repair equipment used in the production of poly pipe

Support installation, upgrade, maintenance, and inspection of control systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to identify faults and resolve issues
-
Prepare reports on machine faults and errors to support maintenance scheduling
-
Work independently and collaboratively to reduce machine outages and downtime
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or service technician role

Strong mechanical abilities and hands-on repair experience
-
Experience in electrical/electronic repair in an industrial environment

Ability to disassemble equipment, diagnose issues, and reassemble safely and efficiently

Experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, controls electronics, or CNC systems

Experience working with automation in a manufacturing environment

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures effectively
Education
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Skills

Experience with control systems (PLC, HMI, VFD)

Predictive and preventive maintenance practices
