Marketing Product Manager
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 Days Onsite
Duration: 9-Month Contract
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the TV Product Marketing team. This role works closely with a group of 5 Product Managers and serves as the central point of contact for consolidating information, managing communication, and supporting cross?functional workflows.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, enjoys coordinating across multiple teams, and can create clean, cohesive decks and reports for leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Consolidate data and feedback from multiple Product Managers into unified presentations
- Build weekly, monthly, and strategic decks for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross?functional communication with Sales, Integrated Marketing, and PR
- Support PMs with ad?hoc data pulls, research, and basic insights
- Assist with marketing asset review and organize consolidated feedback
- Back up the team member responsible for ATS and aging inventory reporting
- Help organize documents, reports, and timelines to keep PMs on track

- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Required Skills
- Excel (Intermediate): pivots, SUMIFS/XLOOKUP, combining datasets, formatting
- PowerPoint: building and formatting unified decks from multiple contributors
- Project coordination / cross-functional communication experience
Preferred Background
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, operations, product marketing support, merchandising, or project coordination
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
