Material Coordinator
Job Type: W2 Contract
Contract Duration: 16 Months
Location: Davenport, IA 52807 (Onsite)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Hours: 40–50 hours/week (including overtime and some weekends)
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $23.00/hour

Position Overview
This role focuses on inventory accuracy and analysis in a production environment. The Material Coordinator will support inventory cycle counts, perform root cause analysis, and resolve discrepancies impacting production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis related to inventory discrepancies
- Support and execute inventory cycle count processes
- Investigate and resolve production inventory issues
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and resolve issues
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in inventory records
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and problem-solve
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas, data analysis, charting)
- Experience working with spreadsheets and data from multiple sources
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred, not required)
Additional Details
- Open to recent graduates; experience not required
- Candidates must be flexible with shifts, including overtime and weekend work as needed
- Schedule and shift assignment may change based on business needs
- Steel-toe boots with metatarsal protection are required on the first day
