Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail?oriented Junior Affiliate Account Manager to support our client’s Media Center of Excellence (COE). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Affiliate Lead, this role is responsible for operational execution, performance analysis, budget tracking, and management of the affiliate and employee purchase program (EPP) channels.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, attention to fraud detection, and the ability to maintain efficient, automated processes with key vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Network Support
- Support day?to?day operations of closed affiliate networks, ensuring offers are correctly set up, maintained, and optimized.
- Assist with compliance checks and ongoing communication with affiliate partners.
- Monitor affiliate activity for adherence to program guidelines and brand standards.
Promotion & Offer Coordination
- Gather and consolidate promotion details across multiple lines of business (LOBs), including offer terms, timelines, creative assets, and tracking needs.
- Coordinate promotion launches and updates with affiliate partners and networks.
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and communication of all promotions.
Budget Management & Reporting
- Track affiliate spend and performance against assigned budgets.
- Assist with forecasting, pacing, and reconciling affiliate budgets.
- Support performance reporting (ROI, CPA, partner?level insights).
- Deliver performance recaps to internal stakeholders.
Optimization & Collaboration
- Identify performance trends and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with cross?functional teams such as marketing, finance, and business units.
- Support ad hoc analyses and projects to drive affiliate channel growth.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or related digital marketing roles.
- Experience with closed/private affiliate networks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple promotions and timelines.
- Experience in budget tracking and marketing spend management.
- Analytical mindset; strong comfort with spreadsheets and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including partner?facing communication.
- Proactive self?starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across multiple lines of business or complex offer structures.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.
- High attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
